Abstrak

The purpose of this activity is to provide training in the implementation of organizational management. This activity is aimed at teenagers because they are people who will act as figures of change, who will control social conditions, and as successors of a nation. The implementation method uses the lecture method which is used to explain the material that has been prepared by the implementing team, the question and answer method is used to respond to the extent of the understanding of the training participants, and the method of discussion conducted between presenters and participants regarding organizational management issues. The results of this activity provide participants with an understanding of knowledge about organizational management, types of conflict in an organization, and how to solve problems in an organization. Guided by this knowledge, organizational activities become easy in achieving common goals in an organization.
